Aspen Institute Kyiv is pleased to announce the successful completion of the open competition for new Executive Director search. The Board of Trustees decided to appoint Yuliya Tychkivska as the next Executive Director of the Aspen Institute Kyiv as of November 01, 2017.
Yuliya has proven leadership capabilities. In a period from 2009 till 2011 she managed international programs in the Ukrainian Reform Support Foundation, in 2012 – 2014 she was a Business Development Manager at Kyiv School of Economics and in 2014-2017 served as a Vice-president of the Kyiv School of Economics. Yuliya has a management experience in the advisory group to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. She is a Co-founder of the Open University of Maidan and Bendukidze Free Market Centre. In 2012 Yuliya graduated from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Master in Economics. Curator at WEF Global Shapers Community. In September 2017 Yuliya attended the International seminar “Europe: the next generation, shares values”, organized by the Aspen Initiative for Europe.

The Aspen Institute Kyiv (AIK) is looking to recruit the Executive Director. This is a substantial and challenging role with full responsibility for operations of the AIK.
The Aspen Institute Kyiv plans to further expand its activities and play a more active role in promoting value based leadership and dialogue in Ukraine and in the region. The Aspen Institute Kyiv is looking to recruit the Executive Director to lead and implement this ambition. The post holder will be a key influencer in shaping the role of Aspen Institute Kyiv in Ukraine and the region. The Executive Director will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Trustee of the Aspen Institute Kyiv in accordance with principles and standards of the Aspen Institute USA.
